Cancellation and Exchange
1.1  Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or change your order by sending us an email.

1.2  Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled or changed. In this case, the order must be returned to us in accordance with paragraph 10 below. As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can also notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a dispatch confirmation.
An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been received.

1.3  Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Refunds prior to receipt of the goods are therefore only possible up to 24 hours after the order is placed.


Returns and Refunds
2.1  Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions on which you may use our Website.

2.2  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can inform us by email about the product to be returned and return the product to us. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

2.3  Return shipping and handling costs are borne by the customer. Additional costs such as customs duties and taxes may apply to returns.

2.4  The product must be received by us for the customer to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.

2.5  You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, the labels must not have been tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to refuse the return.

2.6  Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

2.7  If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming your return. Your refund will be processed promptly via the payment method you used for the order after we notify you that your return has been approved. There are no fees for storing the product.

2.8  The cancellation is complete when we have received the physical goods.
